Ingredients Required:

  • 1 cup of boiled and strained soyabean chunks
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste or as prescribed
  • 1 tbsp oats flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup square-shaped cut onion
  • 1 cup square-shaped cut fresh green capsicum
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chili sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • Olive oil or other prescribed oil as per your diet schedule
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander and roasted sesame seeds for garnishing

Detailed Recipe:

  • Take boiled soybean chunks in a plate and coat them with oats flour, salt, ginger-garlic paste, and chili powder.
  • Heat a pan, add a few drops of olive oil and add the coated soyabean. Cook it for 2-3 minutes till a crunchy coating appears.
  • Heat another pan, add a little bit of olive oil.
  • Add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste, cook for 1 minute.
  • Later, add onion and capsicum along with a little salt and black pepper.
  • Add sauces accordingly and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve the soya chilli hot with garnished coriander and roasted sesame seeds.
